Payment & Attendance Policy

Knight Castle Services – Payment Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2025

At Knight Castle Services, we are dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality coaching and transformative experiences through ongoing support. To ensure clarity and professionalism, the following payment policy applies to all clients.

​

1. Recurring Payments (Default)
All coaching services are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, as agreed upon during enrollment). By signing up, clients authorize Knight Castle Services to process recurring payments using their preferred payment method on file.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and up to date.

2. One-Time Sessions (By Request)
Single-session or pay-per-session arrangements are only available by direct request and require written confirmation. Without such confirmation, all services are billed on a recurring basis as part of an ongoing coaching commitment.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable except under the following conditions:

Session cancellation by Knight Castle Services.

Documented medical or family emergency (at our discretion).

Billing error reported within 5 business days.

Sessions canceled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund unless an emergency exception is granted.

 

4. Pausing or Ending Recurring Payments
Clients wishing to pause or end their coaching subscription must notify Knight Castle Services at least 48 hours prior to their next billing date. Failure to do so may result in one additional charge.

 

5. Missed Payments
If a payment fails, access to services may be temporarily suspended until the balance is resolved. We reserve the right to terminate services for unresolved accounts.

 

6. Service Value & Commitment
Our services are designed to support long-term growth and change. As such, we encourage clients to commit to their chosen plan to experience the full benefit of our coaching systems.

 

7. Pricing
Service pricing is outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Prices may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice. Current clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

8. Attendance

By confirming a session, you commit to attending at the scheduled time.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and is still billable under your current payment plan.

No-shows are not eligible for make-up sessions or refunds, and are subject to the same cancellation rules above. Repeated absences may impact your eligibility for future programs.
